Role overview:

 

To support the successful management of the ParcelShop network, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely performance reports against key KPIs.

 

To assist the ParcelShop Network Management Team in the analysis of data and identification of network sectors requiring improvement.

Responsibilities

Identify and collate key trends on all ParcelShop service performance & compliance data into daily / weekly league tables for:

  • ParcelShop Network
  • Group Network
  • Management Team

Ensure all key ParcelShop KPI measures are reported upon and distributed weekly:

  • Overall Speed of Service
  • Operational Stage Speed of Service
  • Customer Enquiries / Claims
  • Process Compliance
  • Network Volumes

Develop, maintain and publish a suite of weekly business requirement reports that will track YTD performance against all KPI measures.

 

Produce periodic service review documents for the ParcelShop Network and distribute to the ParcelShop Network Manager.

 

Support the ParcelShop Network Management Team through the investigation / analysis of service and compliance performance failures.

 

Liaise with ParcelShop Network Management Team to collate and monitor action plans to address service and compliance performance failures.

 

Provide regular updates to the ParcelShop Network Management Team identifying potential new and / or improved performance and compliance measures.

 

Provide assistance to the Network Development Team as required.

 

Qualifications

  • An appreciation of the myHermes/ParcelShop/Services and the wider market place
  • Concern for detail and the ability to analyse data
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyse and interrogate detailed high volume data
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Highly numerate and commercially-minded – used to working in a fast paced environment with attention to accuracy and detail at all times
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure to time critical deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
