Overview

We are the Hermes Innovation Lab, part of the UK’s leading consumer delivery company handing over 270 million parcels per year. We launched the Innovation Lab back in October 2016 to work with disruptive technologies to build the delivery services of tomorrow. We also use our creative flair to help solve existing business problems as well as challenging our business with a range of forward-thinking services that will change the delivery landscape.

We are a team of thinkers and doers with a passion for creating change. Robotics, digital assistants, voice interfaces, AI, IoT and connected car and even “mixed reality” is all within our disruptive toolkit to help shape the future.

We are big AWS fans with an emphasis on “serverless” so we can move at pace, making build, test and deployment very fast. It’s a true polyglot place to work where we choose the best technology for the job.
