The Regional Compliance Manager is accountable for hitting regional targets through leadership and drive to ensure the regional compliance targets and SLAs on all key KPI categories are met and delivered through the compliance management team, field team and couriers. You'll oversee the detailed analysis of all MI reports and the data behind these reports to drive focus for improvements, creating action plans and leadership to the Compliance managers for best practice methodologies and continual improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and influencer for all regional improvements in compliance management therefore you must be able to demonstrate building effective relationships with key stakeholders across all levels for continuous improvement such as sub depot controllers, the loss prevention team and the depot teams to create a team ethic and focus on all compliance issues for the region. You'll have strong analistical skills with good understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint and be able to create spread sheets and pivot tables. You’ll be able to demonstrate good problem solving skills, plan effective contingencies and solutions.
