Role overview:

 

This role is to sit within our Reward team and will be responsible for reviewing, administering and coordinating the Hermes’ benefits schemes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Processing annual salary increases and bonus payments
  • Work closely with the business to ensure reporting is accurate and up to date
  • Actively seeking out and make recommendations to improve our current reward provision
  • Regular reviews and analysis of the uptake and usage of employee benefits
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers
  • Internal and external bench marking  and market analysis
  • Support HR team on the roll out of Reward policies and practices to enable successful delivery of the reward strategy
  • Responsible for data integrity within the context of benefits coordination and implementation
  • Undertaking statistical analysis, presenting, updating and maintaining Reward data
  • Identifying alternative or new cost effective options to offer our employees
  • Providing the business with a comprehensive view of the market and market trends
  • Look to enhance and update processes and documentation as appropriate
  • Keep abreast of the benefits market and changes to legislation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience or a genuine passion for reward
  • Previous experience in an HR role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience analysing and interpreting data
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organising and prioritising your workload to meet important deadlines
