Responsibilities

  • Inputting hours for agency office staff and liasing with the agencies regarding working hours/charge rates etc,
  • Inputting drivers and warehouse hours/costs/kms onto the flash report at the end of each working week.
  • Diary management – taking bookings and lunch orders, as well as obtaining cost codes and liaising with Hermes staff members to ensure that no double-bookings are made and prioritising meetings for higher management/clients.
  • Resolving general queries from warehouse, transport, agencies etc.
  • Collating info about hours worked for hut group shunting, compiling all information onto a report to be sent to produce payment the hut group for hours we have shunted for them.
  • Meeting and greeting guests/staff members that come on site, assisting them upon arrival and showing them to meeting rooms etc.
  • Filing manifests/runsheets/PO’s
  • Boxing off manifests/runsheets and putting them in storage.
  • Sending hub sheets over to stock collections.
  • Sending collection notes and POD’s over to Stock collections

Qualifications

Essential Skills for the role:

 

Knowledge of parcel Operations

Proven organisational skills

Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum educational level; GCSE Maths and English grade C and above, or equivalent
