Role overview:

 

This role is to provide a first line support to the Courier Network, Field Team and Depots, 7 days a week. Dealing and responding to calls, e-mails and courier forum.

 

There are 2 positions with the following hours:

 

1 x 20 hours to cover Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7.30am – 12.30pm

1 x 20 hours to cover Saturday, Sunday, Monday 1.30pm – 6.30pm & Tuesday 1.30pm – 6.30pm

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to couriers, field team and depot queries receive by telephone, e-mail and Forum
  • Assisting with courier pay, band changes, stationery requests, mycouriersonline support, duplicate barcodes and address and parcel enquires
  • Handle and process courier insurance claims. Ensure all claims are handled timely and efficiently. Enveloping and posting of the QBE Insurance packs for couriers
  • Collating security incident data, which is provided to the FT, Security and Customer services
  • Processing of returned bulk catalogue address carriers
  • Log volume by depot and return to the client
  • Responding to DWP reference requests
