This role is to provide a first line support to the Courier Network, Field Team and Depots, 7 days a week. Dealing and responding to calls, e-mails and courier forum.
There are 2 positions with the following hours:
1 x 20 hours to cover Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7.30am – 12.30pm
1 x 20 hours to cover Saturday, Sunday, Monday 1.30pm – 6.30pm & Tuesday 1.30pm – 6.30pm
