Responsibilities

Are you ready to lead the way and give our customer experience the wow factor?

 

During your 18 month programme, you will of course be supported by the team and your own mentor, while you learn the skills and knowledge needed to see you join our leadership team. No two days will be the same as you absorb how our business operates and face the challenges, projects and opportunities of our world.

 

You’ll spend time working with and managing operational teams in various parts of our business which will see you building strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders, supporting your learning and understanding of all parts of the operation. You’ll be analysing and interpreting management information to support key decision making, creating contingencies and new processes to improve service and ensure achievement of our key performance indicators. And of course, every business is built on profit so you will also be involved with managing operational costs, driving down inefficiency and supporting loss prevention.

Qualifications

We are looking for movers and shakers who will thrive in our fast, changeable and exciting environment while inspiring us with some essential behaviours.

 

 QUALIFICATION requirements: Must have or expected to gain:

  • Preferred 2.2 or above in Logistics & Supply chain, transport, Business admin/management.
  • Full UK driving licence.                   
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office.
  • Adaptable approach to relocation and happy to be away from home
