    Role overview:

    You will be joining a growing team of marketers who are responsible for promoting the Hermes and Hermes send brands across the UK.

     

    Based in Morley and reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for helping execute the Digital Marketing strategy and contributing to the content marketing strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop engaging content including videos, graphics, and blogs
    • Drive organic search and ensure the team are up to date with the latest marketing and search engine trends
    • Identifying overall brand and consumer objectives with a focus on reaching more consumers with impactful brand campaigns that will drive brand desirability and sales
    • Adhere closely to deadlines and budget as set out in the marketing strategy
    • Forecast marketing campaigns growth and ROI for marketing campaigns such as paid search, social and SEO
    • Increase website traffic
    • Lead the website optimisation to improve traffic and leads generated
    • Improve conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
    • Hands on execution of PPC and display campaigns
    • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI / KPIs)
    • Work closely with other functions on website and content
    • Use Google Analytics to understand the behaviour flow of users throughout the site
    • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights
    • Perform A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Help support on innovate new marketing platforms and strategies, such as influencer marketing
    • Ensure that all copy and visual content is on brand and supports the overall content calendar and the commercial business objectives
    • Keep up to date with trends and development within the industry, social networks, web technologies and digital marketing trends; implementing these new technologies in developing campaigns and updating current campaigns with new information

    Qualifications

    Essential:

    • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords and Search Console
    • Previous experience running remarketing and nurture campaigns
    • Strong knowledge of the latest SEO techniques

    • CRM experience
    • Managing website content and strategy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organised
    • Self-starter
    • Ambition and passion
