The Field Manager is essential in overseeing and managing the region’s couriers ‘final mile’ delivery service.
Your job will be to ensure that the business and customer expectations are met by driving an excellent customer experience. You’ll make sure KPIs are continually monitored in order to meet customer satisfaction and minimise enquiries through issue resolution and escalation management.
