The First Line Manager role will be fully accountable for a zoned area such as In feeds, Out feeds, Manual Sortation or International/Relabel, Returns & Assets. The purpose of this role is to manage and monitor performance, compliance, Health & Safety and hygiene in allocated Zone.
You will utilise all M.I reports to ensure service levels and SLAs are achieved both client and Hubs and be responsible for accurate reporting and building plans for improvements to Shift Managers
