    Role overview:

    Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, your overall responsibility will be to recruit IT vacancies through innovative direct recruitment methods. You will strive to provide IT’s Hiring Managers with the best possible candidates for their vacancies and contribute new recruitment ideas and methods as our IT department enters a period of change. You will also have exposure to Operational recruitment, supporting where necessary.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively search and headhunt for roles across all IT skill sets
    • Talent pool for candidates using a variety of direct recruitment methods
    • Network through social media channels to uncover real talent and create talent pools – using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms
    • CV sifting and telephone screening applicants to determine their suitability for the role
    • Scheduling interviews
    • Notifying candidates about the outcome of their application and providing feedback where appropriate
    • Keeping accurate, up to date candidate records and keeping in regular contact with relevant candidates
    • Use social media to create brand awareness and an online presence to attract potential candidates
    • Support the recruitment team to design, organise, promote and attend recruitment events
    • Supporting the recruitment team with onboarding and induction material
    • Working within budget, cost controls and tracking success
    • Reporting metrics and KPIs to evidence return on investment
    • Preparing selection materials for interviews and assessments
    • Support and assist Operational recruitment where appropriate

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in an IT recruitment role (agency or in-house)
    • Experience working in a fast paced recruitment environment
    • Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Confident with systems
