    The purpose of the role is to administer the Hermes Commercial Vehicle Fleet and monitor costs. This will include:


    • Manage and reconcile fleet data via the relevant systems
    • Raise, monitor and publish report on all fleet related order numbers
    • Administer PCNs/NIPS commercial and report any trends
    • Maintain MID and O`licence systems to ensure our fleet is 100% compliant
    • Order fleet admin stationary
    • Administer Fuel card reporting /ordering/auditing and publish weekly fuel price
    • None road going fleet /movements/recharges/ hours monitoring
    • Log roadside encounter checks/monitoring
    • Vehicle file management after de-fleet
    • Monitor our Toll system for all commercial vehicle
    • Administer all Driver licence (Commercial) checking
    • Deal with the depots associated post
    • Work closely with fleet Managers
    • Cover for the hire support administrator when required
    • Support other fleet support administrators when required


    • Ensure all vehicle movements are processed through the relevant systems to maintain a 100% updated fleet list
    • To monitor spend on all Fleet vehicles and MHE
    • Publish a report on all fleet related order numbers raised and show savings where applicable
    • Deal with suppliers, depots, hubs and Finance queries
    • To assist in contract renewal by providing MI to supply key information to senior managers

    • Good computer skills – Microsoft office
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Motivated and proactive with an eagerness to learn and develop
