Hermes ParcelShops provide customers with a fantastic flexible option for receiving or returning parcels. We operate a network of over 4,500 + nationwide ParcelShops which are open early till late, 7 days a week.
Key features of Hermes ParcelShop are a Fully tracked service: Full end-to-end network tracking, Availability: Open early till late, 7 days a week, 4,500+ ParcelShops: Access to the largest ParcelShop network in Europe and Parcel collection: Collection up to 10 days after delivery.
The purpose of this role is to deliver and collect parcels on a multi-drop basis to Parcelshops within a defined geographical area, providing customer service whilst operating within a safe working environment. You’ll be the front facing representative of Hermes and an ambassador to this great service.
